A leading manufacturing company in Dubai, in collaboration with TASC Outsourcing, is seeking an experienced HR Executive to join its growing team. This opportunity is ideal for human resources professionals with strong expertise in HR operations, recruitment, and employee relations who are looking to contribute within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting key HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, payroll coordination, and HR system administration. This role requires a solid understanding of UAE labor regulations, strong organizational abilities, and the capability to manage day-to-day HR activities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee integration processes.
- Handle employee relations matters and support workplace engagement initiatives.
- Assist with payroll processing, attendance monitoring, and HR documentation.
- Maintain and update HRIS systems and employee records accurately.
- Ensure compliance with UAE and GCC Labour Laws and company policies.
- Coordinate with department managers on workforce planning and staffing requirements.
- Assist in the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures.
- Support employee performance management and development initiatives.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Human Resources roles.
- Strong background in HR operations and recruitment activities.
- Experience with onboarding, employee relations, payroll support, and HRIS systems.
- Good knowledge of UAE and GCC Labour Laws.
- Previous experience within the manufacturing industry is preferred.
