Force 10 is hiring an experienced HSE Lead to provide senior Health, Safety and Environment leadership across construction projects in Abu Dhabi.
The position is responsible for strengthening HSE systems, ensuring regulatory compliance, leading site safety teams, and promoting a proactive safety culture across projects and contractor operations.
- Lead HSE policies, procedures, management systems, audits, inspections, and compliance programs.
- Ensure compliance with UAE and Abu Dhabi HSE regulations.
- Conduct HIRA, risk assessments, method-statement reviews, and safety inspections.
- Lead and mentor site HSE teams and coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors.
- Manage incident investigations, root-cause analysis, reporting, and corrective actions.
- Deliver safety training, toolbox talks, and awareness initiatives.
Requirements: 12–15 years of UAE construction safety experience; Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety or related field; valid experience certificate; NEBOSH IGC mandatory. Level 6/7 HSE qualification and ISO 45001 Lead Auditor certification are advantageous.
