HSE Specialist – HSEMS & IMS

Water Vision Technology is seeking an experienced HSE Specialist to lead the development, implementation, and management of the company’s Health, Safety, and Environment Management System (HSEMS) and Integrated Management System (IMS) across UAE operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish, implement, and maintain HSE Management System and Integrated Management System.
• Develop and update HSE policies, procedures, plans, and manuals.
• Conduct risk assessments, JSA, Permit to Work, LMRA, toolbox talks, and HSE inspections.
• Manage incident reporting, investigations, corrective actions, and close-out tracking.
• Deliver HSE training sessions, safety awareness programs, and emergency drills.
• Support IMS implementation, ISO compliance, and internal audits.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Science, OHS, or Environmental Science.
• Minimum 5 years relevant HSE experience.
• NEBOSH Certification mandatory.
• Valid UAE Driving License required.
• Experience with ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and ISO 9001 management systems.
