About The Role
Do you have strong technical expertise and a passion for maintaining world-class facilities? As an HVAC Technician at Atlantis Dubai, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for maintaining the comfort and efficiency of our iconic resorts.
You will oversee and maintain the HVAC systems across a wide range of facilities including guest rooms, public spaces, outdoor areas, and back-of-house operations. Your day-to-day will involve diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs related to refrigeration, air conditioning, heating, ventilation, and control systems.
This role is ideal for someone with a hands-on mindset, deep technical knowledge, and a commitment to delivering consistent operational excellence in a high-profile hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems including refrigeration units, air conditioning plants, and heating equipment.
- Diagnose issues with electronic control circuits and perform necessary modifications.
- Troubleshoot and service equipment like refrigerators, coolers, and freezers.
- Read and interpret building services, AC, refrigeration, and electrical system drawings.
- Understand and apply water treatment techniques relevant to HVAC operations.
- Ensure systems are operating at maximum efficiency and comply with health and safety standards.
About You
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on HVAC experience; 5+ years preferred.
- Solid knowledge of refrigeration, air conditioning, ventilation, and control systems.
- Proficient in reading technical drawings and schematics.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and solve problems on the spot.
- Confident communicator with a service-oriented mindset.
- Hospitality or large-scale facility experience is a strong advantage.
