    Job Description:

    We’re Hiring: Admin Executive – CEO Office
    Are you a highly organized and proactive administrative professional with experience supporting executive leadership? Join a fast-paced, high-performing team as an Admin Executive in the CEO Office and play a vital role in streamlining communication, documentation, and executive coordination.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage executive communications and maintain clear records across departments
    • Organize and coordinate meetings, agendas, and follow-up actions
    • Draft, format, and proofread reports, letters, and updates in English (Arabic is a plus)
    • Support performance review tracking and ensure timely submission of reports
    • Maintain executive dashboards and manage tools like Spider, CRM, and document systems
    • Handle logistics, IPROC forms, and compliance documentation
    • Compile and generate reports to support high-level strategic planning

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree with 4–6 years of experience in administrative roles, ideally supporting C-level executives
    • Excellent English communication skills (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
    • Strong command of MS Office, CRM platforms, and digital tools like Spider
    • Highly organized, discreet, and deadline-oriented
    • Candidates on own visa and available immediately will be given preference
