Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Monitor and maintain IT systems for smooth daily operations
- Assist with system administration and network management tasks
- Troubleshoot technical problems and deliver timely resolutions
- Support system installations, upgrades, and routine maintenance
- Ensure IT resources operate securely and efficiently
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in IT support, system administration, or network administration
- B.Tech or MCA educational background
- UAE experience preferred
- Strong problem-solving and technical support skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
