SIBCA is seeking a skilled IT Support Engineer to join its team in Dubai. This role is ideal for IT professionals with hands-on technical support experience who are passionate about delivering reliable IT solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, Microsoft 365 applications, printers, and network connectivity issues
- Diagnose and resolve LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, VLAN, DNS, DHCP, VPN, router, switch, and access point issues
- Support Windows Server environments, Active Directory, Group Policy, virtualization, file servers, backup systems
- Install and configure software, manage IT assets, maintain user accounts, apply security updates
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- 3–5 years of relevant IT support experience
- CCNA and/or MCSE certification is preferred
- Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle are mandatory
