ESOL Global urgently needs an experienced IT Systems Engineer who brings strong expertise across Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development, IT infrastructure administration, and end-user support. It’s a role well-suited to professionals who like managing enterprise systems and integrations while also being the go-to person for reliable technical support.
You’ll work with Microsoft technologies, enterprise applications, and cloud platforms to develop, integrate, and maintain the business’s core systems. Excellent English communication is mandatory, since this role requires clear coordination with both technical and non-technical stakeholders across the organization.
Given the breadth of the tech stack involved — from Dynamics 365 and Power Platform to Azure and network administration — this role suits a generalist engineer who’s comfortable moving between development work, infrastructure management, and hands-on troubleshooting in the same week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE solutions
- Manage API integrations connecting Dynamics 365 with ERP and cloud platforms
- Administer Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, Windows Server, and Active Directory
- Provide end-user support for Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues
- Optimize security and infrastructure operations
Requirements:
- 3-7 years of experience in IT systems engineering or related roles
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Experience with Dynamics 365 CRM/CE development and customization
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and enterprise support
- Able to troubleshoot complex technical issues and maintain uptime
- Working knowledge of C#, .NET, JavaScript, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse
- Familiarity with REST APIs, OAuth, SQL Server, Power BI, PowerShell, and cybersecurity best practices
