Junior Accountant

IDEACORP General Trading LLC, an Authorised Channel Partner of e& (Etisalat) in Dubai, is bringing on a motivated Junior Accountant to join its Finance Department. This is a great starting point for recent graduates who want structured mentorship and real hands-on accounting experience from day one.

Key Responsibilities:

• Keep day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions accurate and up to date.
• Process payroll and manage employee attendance and salary documentation.
• Assist with asset audits and maintain the company’s asset register.
• Process timely vendor and supplier payments.
• Reconcile bank statements and maintain the company cash book.
• Support month-end close procedures and year-end audit activities.
• Carry out additional finance duties assigned by the Finance Manager.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of accounting experience; fresh graduates welcome to apply.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Tally Prime, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, or similar accounting software.
• Strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
