A company based in Abu Dhabi is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior IT Specialist to join its growing IT team, providing first-level technical assistance and maintaining reliable IT systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level IT support to employees by resolving technical issues promptly.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer hardware, software, and peripheral devices.
- Assist in maintaining computer systems, networks, and IT equipment.
- Manage user accounts, email setup, and password reset requests.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of GCC experience in an IT support role.
- Currently based in the United Arab Emirates and available to join immediately.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
