Job Description
UClean is expanding its operations across the UAE and is seeking an experienced Laundry & Dry Cleaning Manager to lead its Dubai store operations. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional who is passionate about operational excellence, customer satisfaction, team leadership, and business growth.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing overall store performance, including profitability, customer experience, service quality, staff supervision, inventory management, and compliance with operational standards. This leadership position requires a proactive approach, strong ownership mindset, and the ability to drive results in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities
Store Operations Management
- Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth workflow execution
- Monitor operational efficiency and service performance
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards
- Maintain a safe, organized, and productive working environment
Profit & Loss (P&L) Management
- Manage store profitability and financial performance
- Drive revenue growth and achieve billing targets
- Monitor operational expenses and implement cost-control measures
- Analyze store performance and recommend improvements to increase profitability
Customer Experience & Service Excellence
- Ensure a consistently high level of customer satisfaction
- Handle customer complaints and service escalations professionally
- Monitor customer feedback and implement service improvements
- Maintain premium service standards across all customer interactions
Team Leadership & Staff Management
- Lead, train, motivate, and supervise laundry technicians and delivery personnel
- Foster a positive and performance-driven work environment
- Conduct staff coaching and performance evaluations
- Ensure employees follow operational and quality standards
Workforce Planning & Scheduling
- Plan staff schedules based on business requirements
- Manage employee attendance, leave planning, and workforce allocation
- Ensure adequate staffing levels during peak operational periods
- Optimize workforce productivity and efficiency
Quality Control & Compliance
- Maintain high-quality processing and finishing standards
- Ensure zero-damage objectives and service accuracy
- Monitor turnaround time (TAT) compliance and delivery performance
- Conduct regular quality inspections and corrective actions when required
Inventory & Operational Audits
- Manage inventory levels and stock control processes
- Monitor consumables, materials, and operational supplies
- Conduct inventory audits and operational reviews
- Implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) effectively
Hands-On Operational Support
- Lead by example and actively participate in day-to-day operations
- Support staff during busy operational periods
- Ensure smooth coordination between store, delivery, and customer service functions
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the operation
Requirements
Educational Qualification
- Diploma, Degree, or Certification in Hospitality, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
Professional Experience
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in laundry, dry cleaning, or retail operations
- Proven experience managing teams and operational performance
- Experience handling customer service and quality management functions
Leadership Skills
- Strong team leadership and people management abilities
- Experience supervising teams of 4 or more employees
- Ability to motivate, train, and develop staff effectively
