    🗂️ Key Responsibilities:

    • Planning & Conceptualization:
      Create refined event concepts, themes, and layouts aligned with client vision and budgets.
    • Logistics & Operations:
      Oversee venue setup, catering, décor, AV, staffing, and all operational details.
    • Budget Management:
      Draft, manage, and optimize event budgets while maintaining premium standards.
    • Vendor & Supplier Management:
      Source and manage caterers, entertainers, designers, and other high-end vendors.
    • Marketing & Promotion:
      Devise and implement promotional strategies to attract target guests and sponsors.
    • Event Execution:
      Ensure smooth day-of-event operations from setup to breakdown.
    • Post-Event Analysis:
      Conduct reviews, compile performance reports, and gather feedback for future improvements.

    🌟 What We’re Looking For:

    • 3+ years of experience in event planning or luxury hospitality
    • A refined aesthetic sense and strong grasp of spatial design & flow
    • Grace under pressure, excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
    • Fluent in English and Arabic (French is a plus)
    • A love for curating elevated dining and experiential moments
    • Naturally hospitable with a flair for detail and guest experience
