Marketing Executive

EL&N London UAE is looking for a creative, results-focused Marketing Executive to support the growth of one of the world’s leading café brands across the UAE. If you love building engaging brand experiences and driving customer engagement, this role gives you plenty of room to make an impact.

You’ll manage marketing campaigns, support digital initiatives, coordinate with influencers and media partners, and work closely with operations teams to boost brand visibility and sales.

What you’ll be doing

• Planning and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels
• Managing social media platforms and supporting content creation
• Coordinating with influencers, partners, and media contacts
• Assisting with brand activations, events, and promotional activities
• Analyzing campaign performance and preparing marketing reports
• Collaborating with operations teams to improve guest engagement and drive sales
• Supporting overall brand growth and customer experience initiatives

What you’ll bring

• At least 2 years of marketing experience
• F&B or hospitality industry experience is preferred
• A strong understanding of social media and digital marketing platforms
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Content creation and basic graphic design experience is an advantage
• UAE market experience is preferred
