Job Description

• Responsible for designing mechanical works for the renovation and new building projects
• Supervising the works for University air conditioning, plumbing, and drainage

• Supervises the mechanical works to include but not limited to:
– Designing, drafting and drawing
– Cost estimating
– Coordinating with and obtaining required approvals from local government agencies
– Approval of material and shop drawing’s Submittals
– Review invoices for mechanical works
– Prepares required documents and technical information for public tenders

• Supervises renovation and building projects for plumbing, drainage and A/C including:
– Reviewing the snag list at the end of projects
– Reviewing primary and final statements for handing over the projects
– Inspecting contracted work materials and liaison with local government agencies
– Supervising contractor’s work
– Other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor
