DIRAYIH X in Jebel Ali, Dubai, is looking for an organised and proactive Office Assistant to keep its logistics operations running without a hitch. This role blends admin work with active coordination across customers, freight partners, and shipping agents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle emails and respond to customer enquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Prepare quotations, invoices, and other business documents.
  • Follow up on import and export shipments to ensure timely processing.
  • Organise and maintain shipping documents and logistics records.
  • Coordinate with customers, freight forwarders, shipping agents, and logistics partners.
  • Perform general office administration and support day-to-day operations.

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of UAE experience in Logistics, Freight Forwarding, Shipping, or Customs.
  • Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong organisational skills; ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Experience with Dubai Trade or Mirsal 2 is an advantage.
