DIRAYIH X in Jebel Ali, Dubai, is looking for an organised and proactive Office Assistant to keep its logistics operations running without a hitch. This role blends admin work with active coordination across customers, freight partners, and shipping agents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle emails and respond to customer enquiries promptly and professionally.
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and other business documents.
- Follow up on import and export shipments to ensure timely processing.
- Organise and maintain shipping documents and logistics records.
- Coordinate with customers, freight forwarders, shipping agents, and logistics partners.
- Perform general office administration and support day-to-day operations.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of UAE experience in Logistics, Freight Forwarding, Shipping, or Customs.
- Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong organisational skills; ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Experience with Dubai Trade or Mirsal 2 is an advantage.
