Operations & Marketing Officer

An agile Operations & Marketing Officer is sought to support a domestic services company in Sharjah. The successful candidate will coordinate the deployment of domestic helpers, handle documentation, and ensure service delivery stays fully compliant with UAE regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the recruitment and deployment process for domestic helpers.
• Ensure all activities remain compliant with UAE labour laws and government regulations.
• Schedule arrivals, orientations, and daily operational activities.
• Prepare operational reports and maintain thorough, accurate documentation.
• Follow up on visa renewals, cancellations, and end-of-service formalities.
• Support cross-team coordination to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, prior exposure to domestic helper services or a related field, strong computer and communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.
