Mihaana Care, a DHA-licensed telehealth clinic in Dubai, is seeking a professional and patient-focused Patient Coordinator & Admin Executive. This role is ideal for individuals who can manage patient interactions, administrative tasks, and ensure a smooth healthcare experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle patient communications via phone, WhatsApp, and email
- Schedule and manage appointments efficiently
- Process patient referrals accurately
- Maintain and update patient records in the EMR system
- Assist with billing and invoicing tasks
- Coordinate with doctors, labs, and partner hospitals
- Support Arabic-speaking patients during consultations
- Ensure high-quality customer service and patient satisfaction
Requirements
- Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken) is mandatory
- Experience in a clinic or hospital setting preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Professional, friendly, and patient-focused attitude
- Ability to multitask and manage administrative duties efficiently
