    Mihaana Care, a DHA-licensed telehealth clinic in Dubai, is seeking a professional and patient-focused Patient Coordinator & Admin Executive. This role is ideal for individuals who can manage patient interactions, administrative tasks, and ensure a smooth healthcare experience.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Handle patient communications via phone, WhatsApp, and email
    • Schedule and manage appointments efficiently
    • Process patient referrals accurately
    • Maintain and update patient records in the EMR system
    • Assist with billing and invoicing tasks
    • Coordinate with doctors, labs, and partner hospitals
    • Support Arabic-speaking patients during consultations
    • Ensure high-quality customer service and patient satisfaction

    Requirements

    • Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken) is mandatory
    • Experience in a clinic or hospital setting preferred
    • Strong communication and organizational skills
    • Professional, friendly, and patient-focused attitude
    • Ability to multitask and manage administrative duties efficiently
