Key Responsibilities
- Provide specialized nursing care to critically ill pediatric patients in the PICU
- Monitor patient conditions and respond effectively to changes in health status
- Administer medications, treatments, and procedures according to hospital protocols
- Collaborate with doctors and multidisciplinary healthcare teams for treatment planning
- Maintain accurate patient records, nursing notes, and clinical documentation
- Support patients and families with compassionate communication and care
- Operate and monitor critical care equipment and medical devices
- Follow infection control procedures and patient safety standards
- Participate in emergency response and critical care management situations
- Contribute to maintaining a safe and professional healthcare environment
Requirements
- Proven experience as a PICU Nurse
- Strong knowledge of pediatric critical care nursing practices
- DHA License or DHA Eligibility is mandatory
