PRO (Public Relations Officer) / Customs Clearance Coordinator

Genex Global Logistics is seeking a dedicated PRO (Public Relations Officer) / Customs Clearance Coordinator to join its growing team in Dubai. This role is ideal for logistics professionals with hands-on experience in customs clearance and a strong understanding of UAE import and export procedures.

The successful candidate will coordinate customs inspections and clearance activities while working closely with government authorities to ensure smooth and timely movement of shipments through Dubai’s airports and seaports.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate customs clearance activities for import and export shipments.
• Manage customs inspections at Dubai airports and seaports.
• Liaise with government authorities to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Monitor shipment documentation and clearance procedures.
• Support efficient logistics operations and timely cargo movement.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a UAE logistics firm.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai customs inspection procedures at airports and seaports.
• Excellent communication and government liaison skills.
