LoomCollection is seeking a dedicated and organized Procurement & Commercial Admin to join its team in Dubai Investment Park (DIP), Dubai. This role is suitable for candidates who have strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and an interest in supporting procurement and commercial operations within a growing organization.

The successful candidate will assist with procurement activities, maintain commercial documentation, coordinate with suppliers, and support daily administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support daily procurement and commercial administration activities.
  • Assist with purchase orders, supplier coordination, and documentation.
  • Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions and commercial files.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers as required.
  • Follow up on deliveries, quotations, and supplier communications.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in procurement, commercial administration, or a similar role is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Immediate joiners are preferred.
