Al Nawras Safety & Security Systems
Al Nawras Safety & Security Systems is looking for an experienced Procurement Executive to join its Sharjah team, managing the complete procurement cycle for MEP, Fire Fighting, Fire Alarm, and Safety & Security Systems projects across the UAE.
You’ll source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate commercial terms, manage LPOs and delivery tracking, and support testing and commissioning activities — in a professional environment with a strong project pipeline.
What you’ll do:
- Manage purchase requests from Engineering and Maintenance teams
- Source qualified local and international suppliers and obtain competitive quotations
- Evaluate quotations and prepare techno-commercial comparison reports
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules
- Prepare and issue LOIs and Local Purchase Orders (LPOs)
- Coordinate with Engineering, Projects, Inventory, Finance, and Site Operations teams
- Monitor deliveries, generate GRNs, and maintain accurate procurement documentation
- Identify and develop new suppliers; ensure QA/QC compliance for all materials
- Handle urgent purchasing requirements efficiently within project budgets
What you’ll bring:
- 4–5 years of procurement experience, preferably in the UAE
- Experience in MEP, Fire Fighting, Fire Alarm, Safety & Security Systems, or construction (highly preferred)
- Strong negotiation and supplier relationship management skills
- Solid knowledge of procurement procedures, documentation, and ERP systems
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or Supply Chain Management
- UAE-based candidates preferred
