Job Overview
A company in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Public Relations Officer (PRO) to manage all government-related processes within the construction sector. This role is critical in ensuring compliance with UAE regulations and maintaining smooth coordination with government authorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle all government-related procedures including visas, labor permits, and documentation
- Liaise with UAE government departments to ensure compliance with regulations
- Manage employee visa processing, renewals, and cancellations
- Maintain accurate records of official documents and transactions
- Coordinate with internal departments to support smooth administrative operations
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a PRO in the UAE, preferably in construction companies
- Strong understanding of UAE labor laws, immigration procedures, and government regulations
- Fluency in Arabic (written and spoken) is mandatory
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Strong knowledge of government portals, documentation processes, and visa procedures
