AMIT International Group is looking for a skilled Purchase Coordinator to join its team in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate procurement activities and manage purchase orders from initiation to completion
- Source reliable suppliers and negotiate pricing, quality standards, and delivery terms
- Follow up with vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials
- Maintain accurate purchase records, supplier databases, and procurement documentation
- Compare supplier quotations and prepare cost analysis reports
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or a similar role
- Immediate joiners are highly preferred
- Strong negotiation, vendor management, communication, and coordination skills
