Job Description

3X Capital Real Estate is seeking experienced and results-driven Real Estate Agents to join its expanding team in Dubai. This opportunity is ideal for ambitious sales professionals who possess strong market knowledge and a proven ability to build client relationships and successfully close property transactions.

The successful candidates will work with a diverse portfolio of off-plan and secondary market properties while benefiting from the company’s strong developer partnerships and market presence. This role offers access to premium property inventory, professional support, and excellent earning potential within Dubai’s thriving real estate market.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate property sales and leasing opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and investors
• Conduct property viewings and market presentations
• Negotiate offers and facilitate successful transactions
• Identify new business opportunities and expand client networks
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Dubai real estate market trends
• Manage the sales process from lead generation to deal closure
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the client journey
• Advise clients on suitable investment opportunities and property options
• Maintain accurate records of leads, clients, and transactions

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of Dubai real estate experience
• Proven success in sales and client relationship management
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
• Self-motivated, ambitious, and target-driven mindset
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets
• Fluency in English is mandatory
• Proficiency in one or more of the following languages is highly preferred:
