Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international property buyers and investors
- Promote and sell Off-Plan and Secondary Market properties
- Manage client inquiries and provide professional real estate consultation
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the client portfolio
- Negotiate property transactions and support clients throughout the sales process
- Stay informed about Dubai real estate market trends and available property listings
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of real estate sales experience
- Experience in Off-Plan and/or Secondary Market property sales
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Existing client network is considered an advantage
