Prime Bullions Properties is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Recruiter to support its growing operations in Dubai. This role is suited for professionals who can identify, attract, and onboard high-performing real estate talent in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and recruit property consultants and real estate agents
- Conduct interviews, shortlisting, and candidate evaluations
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline using job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals
- Manage onboarding processes for new hires
- Meet and exceed monthly hiring targets
- Focus on quality hiring and performance-driven recruitment
Requirements
- Proven experience in real estate or sales recruitment in Dubai
- Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and LinkedIn sourcing
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets
- Results-oriented and proactive approach
