    Total Ninja Obstacle & Inflatable Park is seeking an energetic and customer-focused Reception / Admin professional to join its team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with guests and delivering a welcoming, high-energy experience while supporting front desk and administrative operations.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Greet and welcome guests, assisting with bookings, inquiries, and general information
    • Manage admissions processes and operate POS systems efficiently
    • Handle daily front desk and administrative duties
    • Support smooth coordination of reception and operational activities
    • Promote services and assist in upselling to enhance customer experience
    • Maintain a professional and friendly approach when interacting with customers

    Requirements

    • Basic proficiency in English with good communication skills
    • Organized, energetic, and customer-oriented personality
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
    • Relevant experience in customer service or administration is an advantage
    • Candidates must provide UAE ID, passport copy, and updated CV
