Total Ninja Obstacle & Inflatable Park is seeking an energetic and customer-focused Reception / Admin professional to join its team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with guests and delivering a welcoming, high-energy experience while supporting front desk and administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests, assisting with bookings, inquiries, and general information
- Manage admissions processes and operate POS systems efficiently
- Handle daily front desk and administrative duties
- Support smooth coordination of reception and operational activities
- Promote services and assist in upselling to enhance customer experience
- Maintain a professional and friendly approach when interacting with customers
Requirements
- Basic proficiency in English with good communication skills
- Organized, energetic, and customer-oriented personality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
- Relevant experience in customer service or administration is an advantage
