Recruitment Manager

EmiStraits is recruiting a Recruitment Manager on behalf of a real estate client in Dubai, looking for an experienced HR and recruitment professional with a proven track record specifically in UAE real estate hiring.

You’ll lead end-to-end recruitment for real estate roles, manage broader HR responsibilities, and collaborate with leadership to fulfill workforce requirements in a fast-paced property sector environment. Immediate joiners currently based in Dubai are preferred.

What you’ll do:

• Lead end-to-end recruitment activities for real estate positions
• Manage and coordinate recruitment strategies and hiring activities
• Oversee broader HR responsibilities as required by the organization
• Collaborate with management to fulfil workforce requirements efficiently
• Ensure a professional, structured, and efficient recruitment process

What you’ll bring:

• Strong UAE real estate recruitment experience (mandatory)
• Ability to manage general HR responsibilities alongside recruitment activities
• Currently based in Dubai
• Available to join immediately is strongly preferred
