A high-end fashion retail name in Dubai is looking for a seasoned Recruitment Specialist who knows how to find, court and land great retail talent in a competitive luxury market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the full recruitment cycle from sourcing through to onboarding
- Screen and shortlist candidates for retail, sales and store roles
- Build a healthy talent pipeline for ongoing and future hiring needs
- Run interviews alongside HR and store leadership
- Manage job postings across recruitment platforms and databases
- Make sure every hire fits the brand’s values and service standards
- Deliver a smooth, professional candidate experience throughout
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of recruitment experience, ideally in retail, fashion or luxury
- Strong sourcing chops across LinkedIn, job boards and your network
- Comfortable with high-volume, customer-facing retail hiring
- Familiarity with the UAE/GCC hiring landscape is a plus
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Fluent English required; extra languages are a bonus
