Fundamental Hospitality is seeking an experienced Restaurant Reservations Agent to join its Central Reservations team in Dubai on a part-time basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle restaurant reservation requests and guest inquiries professionally
- Provide exceptional customer service through phone and other communication channels
- Manage bookings using reservation platforms such as SevenRooms
- Coordinate with restaurant teams to ensure accurate reservation details
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a hospitality reservations role
- Currently based in Dubai
- Must hold a valid UAE residence visa (required for part-time position)
- Comfortable using reservation platforms, especially SevenRooms
- Strong English communication skills
