Job Overview
A global beauty and skincare company is seeking a motivated Retail & Distribution Assistant to support its expanding operations in Dubai. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in retail and distribution who can contribute to sales support, supply chain coordination, and daily operations within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in retail and distribution operations
- Support sales activities and order processing
- Coordinate product distribution and supply chain processes
- Handle daily operational and administrative tasks
- Maintain accurate records of inventory and shipments
- Support communication with internal teams and external partners
- Ensure compliance with operational procedures
Requirements
- Experience in retail and distribution roles (beauty/skincare preferred)
- Knowledge of UAE product registration processes is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to support both sales and operational functions
- Must be currently based in Dubai
