GECO M&E LTD is seeking a Safety Assistant to support HSE activities across construction, MEP, electrical, and industrial projects in the UAE.
- Support daily site safety activities and implementation of HSE procedures.
- Monitor compliance with workplace safety requirements and safe work practices.
- Assist with Permit to Work processes, inspections, and site observations.
- Promote correct use of PPE and participate in toolbox talks and safety awareness sessions.
- Identify unsafe conditions and practices and report them to the HSE team.
- Maintain safety reports, records, checklists, and documentation.
Requirements: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in HSE, Engineering, or related field; 1–3 years of relevant site experience; knowledge of PPE, PTW, toolbox talks, and safety procedures. NEBOSH, IOSH, or OSHA certification is an advantage.
