Job Overview

Mark and Save is looking for a dedicated Safety Officer to join its Talent Management Team in Ajman. This role is ideal for professionals committed to promoting a strong safety culture and ensuring compliance across multiple operational environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain workplace safety standards across stores, distribution centers, and facilities
• Conduct risk assessments and implement preventive safety measures
• Monitor and reduce workplace incidents through proactive planning
• Deliver safety training sessions aligned with NEBOSH standards
• Ensure compliance with UAE safety regulations and company policies
• Investigate incidents and prepare detailed reports with recommendations
• Promote safety awareness and responsibility among employees

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or Engineering
• NEBOSH certification (mandatory)
• 3–5 years of experience in workplace safety (retail/logistics preferred)
• Strong knowledge of safety standards and regulations
• Excellent communication and training skills
• Ability to manage safety across multiple locations
