Scimitar Research, a market research and B2B sales organization in Dubai, is opening its doors to fresh graduates eager to break into sales and business development. This three-month paid internship is built for self-starters who want real exposure to client prospecting and international market outreach — not just coffee runs.

You will work shoulder-to-shoulder with the sales team, develop outreach skills, and get hands-on with lead generation across global markets. Top performers will be considered for a permanent role after the internship wraps up.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Research and identify potential clients across international markets.
  • Support lead generation, prospecting, and pipeline-building activities.
  • Reach out to prospects via email and LinkedIn, and follow up consistently.
  • Help the team nurture and build client relationships.
  • Update CRM records and compile sales activity summaries.

Who Should Apply:

  • Fresh graduates or final-year students in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
  • Genuine interest in sales, business development, or market research.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive mindset.
  • Must be currently residing in Dubai.
  • Basic familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM tools is a plus.
