Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and live chat professionally
- Assist customers with product recommendations and purchasing decisions

- Maintain showroom cleanliness, organization, and visual presentation
- Coordinate with team members to support daily sales operations
- Uphold brand image and customer service standards

- Support sales reporting and maintain customer interaction records
