Amity Private School is seeking an experienced and highly capable School Finance Manager to oversee financial operations within its Sharjah campus. This role is ideal for finance professionals with a background in the education sector who can manage budgeting, reporting, and compliance efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall school financial operations including budgeting and forecasting
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Oversee fee collection and ensure accurate revenue tracking
- Handle payroll processing, audits, and compliance requirements
- Maintain cash flow management and ensure accuracy of financial records
- Coordinate with parents and staff regarding fee-related matters
- Ensure compliance with education authority regulations and internal policies
Requirements
- Strong experience in finance, preferably within a school or educational institution
- Solid knowledge of budgeting, financial reporting, and management
- Experience in handling accounts, payroll, and audits
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills for interaction with parents, staff, and management
- High attention to detail and compliance awareness
