We are looking for a Senior Executive – Customer Service to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will handle escalated customer queries, manage service delivery, and ensure client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints
  • Ensure timely resolution of customer issues
  • Maintain and update customer records in the system
  • Coordinate with internal departments for service delivery
  • Prepare reports on customer service performance

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of customer service experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Proficient in CRM software and MS Office
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
