TRIO CAFE UAE is seeking an experienced Senior Operations Manager to lead and improve operational performance across its expanding café network. You’ll oversee daily operations, optimize costs, improve profitability, manage high-performing teams, and ensure a consistently excellent guest experience. Candidates from fast-paced, high-volume café or restaurant environments with a proven record of operational excellence are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage operations across multiple café locations
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and business growth
- Manage supply chain, procurement, logistics, and inventory control processes
- Drive sales performance and profitability through effective operational planning
- Monitor costs and implement measures to improve financial performance
- Ensure consistent service quality and maintain operational standards
- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing hospitality teams
- Implement strategic initiatives to support business expansion
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing multi-unit restaurant or café operations
- Strong background in hospitality operations, supply chain, procurement, and logistics
- Experience leading teams in a high-volume café or restaurant environment
- Strong understanding of inventory management and cost control
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to drive operational excellence and business performance
