TRIO CAFE UAE is seeking an experienced Senior Operations Manager to lead and improve operational performance across its expanding café network. A great fit for hospitality professionals with strong expertise in multi-unit operations, supply chain management, procurement, and business growth strategies.
You’ll oversee daily operations, optimize costs, improve profitability, manage high-performing teams, and ensure a consistently excellent guest experience. Candidates from fast-paced, high-volume café or restaurant environments with a proven record of operational excellence are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage operations across multiple café locations
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and business growth
- Manage supply chain, procurement, logistics, and inventory control processes
- Drive sales performance and profitability through effective operational planning
- Monitor costs and implement measures to improve financial performance
- Ensure consistent service quality and maintain operational standards
- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing hospitality teams
- Implement strategic initiatives to support business expansion
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing multi-unit restaurant or café operations
- Strong background in hospitality operations, supply chain, procurement, and logistics
- Experience leading teams in a high-volume café or restaurant environment
- Strong understanding of inventory management and cost control
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to drive operational excellence and business performance
