An experienced recruitment professional is needed to join a dynamic brokerage firm in Dubai. The ideal candidate will manage the entire recruitment cycle, from client development to candidate placement, in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the complete 360-degree recruitment process, including business development and candidate placement
- Source, screen, interview, and place high-quality candidates across various roles
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates
- Negotiate job offers and provide professional recruitment guidance throughout the hiring process
- Meet recruitment targets while ensuring excellent client and candidate experience
Requirements:
- Proven experience in agency recruitment
- Hands-on experience managing the full 360 recruitment cycle
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with a proven record of achieving recruitment targets
- UAE recruitment experience is preferred
- British candidates are preferred
