Nexus People is partnering with a respected engineering consultancy to recruit an experienced Senior Resident Engineer for the supervision and successful delivery of prestigious high-rise and luxury hospitality developments in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the supervision and delivery of high-rise and luxury hospitality construction projects.
- Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with approved designs and quality standards.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, clients, and project stakeholders.
- Oversee project progress from construction through testing, commissioning, and final handover.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s Degree preferred).
- Minimum 30 years of professional experience in construction supervision and engineering consultancy.
- At least 20 years of UAE experience, with Dubai experience preferred.
- Valid Dubai Municipality Unlimited Engineer License is mandatory.
