Service Advisor

A busy vehicle repair workshop in Dubai needs a customer-first Service Advisor to be the friendly bridge between clients and the technicians keeping their cars running.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and walk through their vehicle’s service needs
• Explain recommended repairs, pricing and realistic timelines
• Liaise with the technical team to keep jobs moving on schedule
• Keep service records tidy and follow up with clients after the work is done
• Build lasting relationships that keep customers coming back

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior experience in a Service Advisor role is a strong plus
• Warm, clear communicator who genuinely enjoys helping people
• Good at juggling multiple customers and priorities at once
• Working knowledge of vehicle systems and maintenance basics
• Team player with a can-do attitude
