Job Overview
Gorica Group is seeking a dedicated and organized Service Coordinator to support its operations team in Jebel Ali, Dubai. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in workshop operations, service coordination, or customer support within the mechanical or automobile industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily service and workshop operations
- Communicate with customers regarding schedules, updates, and service requirements
- Support technicians and service teams with operational coordination
- Maintain service records, reports, and operational documentation
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve service-related concerns
- Coordinate between departments for timely completion of services
- Monitor workflow and support operational efficiency improvements
- Assist with administrative and reporting activities related to service operations
Requirements
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Automobile Engineering
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in service coordination or workshop operations
- Good technical understanding and problem-solving skills
- Strong IT and computer skills
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities
Preferred Skills
- Arabic language skills are an advantage
- Experience in engineering, automobile, or industrial service operations preferred
- Professional customer interaction and service handling skills
