A growing Abu Dhabi organization is seeking an experienced Site Engineer – Interior Fit-Out. A solid opportunity for professionals with strong site management experience and a track record delivering high-quality interior fit-out projects.
You’ll oversee daily site activities, coordinate with project stakeholders, monitor progress, and ensure projects are completed on schedule, on quality, and safely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily site operations for smooth project execution
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion
- Prepare regular site reports and maintain project documentation
- Ensure work meets required quality and safety standards
- Resolve site issues and coordinate effective solutions
- Support project planning and execution activities
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of UAE interior fit-out experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- Strong knowledge of interior fit-out projects and site operations
- Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
