Supply Chain Supervisor

An experienced and results-focused Supply Chain Supervisor is required to join a food distribution company in Dubai. This role is a strong match for candidates with solid expertise in procurement, logistics, and inventory management within the food, FMCG, or retail sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily supply chain and procurement operations across the business.
• Manage supplier relationships and coordinate all purchasing activities.
• Oversee logistics, inventory control, and stock management processes.
• Support demand forecasting and supply planning to ensure consistent product availability.
• Track supply chain performance and proactively identify process improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal departments to maintain efficient operational workflows.
• Produce accurate operational reports and ensure compliance with company procedures.

Requirements: 3–5 years of supply chain, procurement, or logistics experience; Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration; food or FMCG industry background preferred; proficiency in ERP systems.
