Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
- Present services effectively to generate interest and leads
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Achieve daily and weekly performance targets
- Update and manage customer information accurately in the system
- Follow up with leads and ensure consistent communication
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
- Proficiency in English, Malayalam, and Hindi is preferred
