Tiger Group is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join its Finance & Accounts Department in Sharjah. Key Responsibilities

• Record daily financial transactions within the accounting system.
• Assist in preparing journal entries, accruals, and accounting adjustments.
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
• Process Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) transactions.
• Assist with bank reconciliations and petty cash management.
• Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation.
• Assist during internal and external audit activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Support finance team initiatives and continuous process improvements.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 0–3 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of ERP systems will be considered an advantage.
• Tagalog and Arabic language proficiency is required.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment.
