Job Description

A leading organization in the maritime and logistics sector is seeking an experienced TOS Administrator to join its operations in Abu Dhabi. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a technical professional to contribute to the development, implementation, administration, and optimization of Terminal Operating Systems that support critical port and terminal operations.

The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in TOS administration, business analysis, system architecture, database management, and project implementation. Key Responsibilities

• Manage the administration, maintenance, and optimization of Terminal Operating Systems (TOS)
• Support the design, development, and implementation of TOS solutions
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective system solutions
• Coordinate projects related to system upgrades, enhancements, and implementations
• Monitor system performance and ensure operational reliability
• Conduct systems testing, commissioning, and quality assurance activities
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and technical teams to improve operational processes
• Maintain system documentation and provide technical support when required
• Support troubleshooting and resolution of system-related issues
• Ensure system availability, security, and operational continuity

Requirements

• Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Terminal Operating Systems administration or related roles
• Strong experience in business analysis and system architecture
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Arabic language skills will be considered an advantage
• Ability to manage multiple technical projects and operational priorities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Experience working in maritime, logistics, or port operations environments is preferred
