Job Description
Pure Bright Human Resources Consultancy is currently hiring Traffic Controllers to join its growing workforce in the UAE. This opportunity is ideal for candidates who are already residing in the UAE and are seeking stable employment with company-provided accommodation and transportation.
The selected candidates will be responsible for managing traffic movement, maintaining site safety, and ensuring smooth coordination between workers, vehicles, and pedestrians at assigned locations.
Key Responsibilities
Traffic Management
- Manage and control traffic flow at assigned project sites and work locations
- Direct vehicles and pedestrians safely through designated routes
- Monitor traffic conditions and ensure smooth movement at all times
Safety & Compliance
- Ensure the safety of pedestrians, drivers, workers, and visitors
- Follow company safety policies, procedures, and traffic management plans
- Comply with workplace health and safety regulations
Communication & Coordination
- Coordinate with supervisors and team members during daily operations
- Communicate traffic-related information and instructions clearly
- Report incidents, hazards, or traffic issues promptly to management
Site Operations
- Assist in maintaining an organized and safe work environment
- Support operational requirements during peak traffic periods
- Respond appropriately to emergency situations when required
Requirements
Eligibility Criteria
- Male applicants only
- Must currently be available inside the UAE
- Willingness to work outdoors and in flexible shift schedules
Communication Skills
- Basic to good English communication skills required
- Ability to understand and follow instructions effectively
