Job Overview

A Dubai-based cargo transport and heavy equipment rental company is seeking a skilled and organized Transport Coordinator to support daily transport operations and fleet coordination. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in logistics and transport operations who can efficiently manage schedules, drivers, and customer communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily transport schedules, fleet operations, and vehicle movements
• Communicate with customers, drivers, and operations teams regarding transport activities
• Arrange deliveries, pickups, and deployment of heavy equipment
• Prepare invoices, delivery notes, transport documents, and reports
• Follow up on payments, collections, and pending invoices
• Provide customers with updates on delivery schedules and transport status
• Maintain records of trips, fuel usage, expenses, and driver activities
• Handle operational concerns and transport-related issues professionally
• Ensure smooth coordination between departments for daily operations

Requirements

• Experience in transport coordination, logistics, or heavy equipment rental operations
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage drivers, schedules, and customer requirements efficiently
• Knowledge of invoicing and collection follow-up processes
• Good computer skills, including MS Office and Excel
• Familiarity with Dubai roads and transport operations is an advantage
• Strong English communication skills
• Knowledge of Hindi, Urdu, or Arabic is an added advantage
