Job Overview
Zline is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant / Key Account Executive to support accounting operations, invoicing, customer account management, and client coordination in Dubai. This role is ideal for professionals who can balance financial administration with customer relationship support in a fast-paced business environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily accounting operations and financial administration
- Prepare invoices, payment reminders, and account statements
- Maintain accurate customer account records and documentation
- Coordinate with sales and operations teams to support business activities
- Support account reconciliation and basic financial reporting
- Organize accounting files and maintain proper documentation
- Communicate professionally with clients regarding payments and account matters
- Support workflow coordination and operational efficiency
Requirements
- 1–3 years of UAE experience in accounting or key account management
- Good understanding of invoicing, reconciliations, and accounting procedures
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
Preferred Profile
- Experience in logistics, trading, or Free Zone companies is an advantage
- Sales coordination or customer servicing experience preferred
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic environment
