In this role, you’ll support your colleagues on the floor, ensuring a smooth and elevated dining experience for every guest. Your responsibilities will include offering in-depth knowledge of the food and beverage menu, guiding guests with thoughtful recommendations, and monitoring the overall consistency and quality of service. A proactive attitude, sharp eye for detail, and passion for hospitality will help you thrive in Milos’ world-class setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support in all aspects of fine dining service.
• Ensure guests receive a consistently high standard of courtesy and care.
• Stay fully informed on the complete menu and current promotional activities.
• Monitor the presentation and quality of food and drinks being served.
• Report and escalate guest complaints or service issues to management.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to maintain seamless operations.

About You

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar waiter role at a fine dining restaurant.
• A true hospitality enthusiast with a commitment to excellence.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask under pressure.
• Confident, team-oriented, and proactive in dealing with diverse clientele.
• Polished, professional demeanor suited for luxury service environments.
